LIABILITY
Buyers and/or recipients and/or users of any single “Egos Experience Voucher” agree to waive any claim of whatsoever nature they might have against “EGOS” or any “EGOS” employee or agent arising from any “EGOS” experience whatsoever.
Although every care has been taken in choosing our “service providers” and “venues” “EGOS” does not guarantee the safety standards or satisfactory performance of any “service provider”, nor can “EGOS” be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a client whilst participating in the “experience” for which the “Service provider” will be solely responsible.
By booking and/or redeeming experience, Purchasers and/or Recipients and/or Users indemnify “EGOS” and any “EGOS” employee or agent against any claim, damages or loss whatsoever.
Purchasers and/or recipients and/or users of the “EGOS Experience Vouchers” accept that the experiences are dependant on certain factors sometimes beyond our control and agree that neither “EGOS” nor any “Service provider” will be held liable for the cancellation or postponement of any experience for reasons beyond their control such as but not limited to weather, mechanical failure, acts of God etc.
“EGOS” liability for any claim of breach of obligation regarding any single “Experience Voucher” will not exceed the face-value of that voucher. This excludes claims arising from personal injury or death due to the negligence of “EGOS” or anyone for whom we are responsible.
“EGOS” can arrange Personal Accident and Cancellation Insurance if requested to do so in writing.
GIFT VOUCHERS Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash and its face value is valid for six calendar months from the date of issue and is not transferable or assignable. To redeem a voucher and book ‘EGOS’ experience, the recipient must quote the Voucher code printed on the voucher. Should the Recipient misplace the voucher, or it is stolen or damaged, “EGOS” may, in its discretion and subject to submission of satisfactory proof (e.g. affidavit), replace the voucher on receipt of an administration fee of R100.
Vouchers are valid for 6 consecutive months from the date of issue. Vouchers not used within 6-month validity period may, at the sole discretion of ‘EGOS’ be extended for a further 3 months only on written application to ‘EGOS’ at additional fee of R 50, plus any possible price increases that have been effected. ‘EGOS’ will make every endeavour to book the ‘EGOS’ experience in accordance with the customers requirements, but particular dates are subject to availability.
RED PEPPER COMPETITION RULES:
As decreed by the Queen of the Peppers -
1. No Pepper family, friends or wonderful website workers are permitted to enter.
2. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
3. One entry per person only and entries only accepted via email and fax.

5. Transport to and from the prize venues is for the prize winner’s own cost and is the prize winner’s sole responsibility.
6. Winners of the Mega Pepper Prize and Pepper Prizes may choose their own prize experience from the Egos Website, to the value indicated.
7. Buyers and/or recipients and/or users of any single “Egos Experience Voucher” agree to waive any claim of whatsoever nature they might have against Red Pepper Books or any Red Pepper Books employee or agent arising from any competition experience whatsoever.
8. Prizes may not be exchanged for cash.
