Red Pepper Books accepts the following methods of payment:
- MasterCard
- Visa
- Electronic Funds Transfer and Direct Deposit
- Cash or cheque deposit
- Gold coins (optional!)
Payment in advance is required on all orders unless you are a pre-approved account holder (see below for more information). Credit cards are charged in full on receipt of orders. Orders placed using EFT or Direct Deposit as a payment option will only be processed on receipt of payment
Customers who work in or run libraries in Southern Africa and who would like to order using purchase orders have the option of setting up a 30-day account with us. Please send an e-mail to accounts@redpepperbooks.co.za should you wish to open an account with us, and we will send you the relevant application forms. Please include your name and surname, your company name, your position in the company, as well as your contact details (telephone, e-mail and fax)
